For the 4th edition of Our Community Kitchen Supper Club, Chef Joel Hassanali (Salted Edge, Pivot Prime), and his family are getting together to share their Caribbean roots through a five course dinner, with wine pairings by Charlie Ludwig.

Fourth Course   Pelau   rice + pigeon peas + brown stew chicken thighs + cucumber chow wine: Voštinić – Klasnić "Epitet" 2024 - Moslavina, Croatia. 

Fifth Course   Trinidad Rum Bread Pudding   cassava + coconut + sugar cane caramel + rum raisin ice cream  wine: Château Simon Sauternes 2022 - Graves - Bordeaux, France
